(Abridged Weekend Edition)
Triple-A: Omaha 10, Albuquerque 4 (10 innings)
W: Kevin Pucetas (1-0, 0.00)
HR: Lance Zawadzki (1)
Quick Hit: Omaha pushed across seven runs in the 10th inning to break a 3-3 tie. Eric Hosmer registered his third multi-hit game in as many days, and Lance Zawadzki homered and doubled while driving home four runs. Danny Duffy pitched well in his first Triple-A start, settling for a no decision after surrendering three runs (two earned) on seven hits in 5.0 innings pitched. Omaha (1-2) will try to earn a split with Albuquerque (2-1) on Sunday afternoon, with Vin Mazzaro on the mound for the Storm Chasers.
Other Notes: David Lough returned to the Storm Chasers lineup after missing Friday’s game following a minor head injury suffered in the sixth inning on Thursday.

Double-A: NW Arkansas 6, San Antonio 5
W: Eric Basurto (2-0, 3.38)
HR: Bianchi (1), Lisson (1)
Quick Hit: Mario Lisson led off the bottom of the ninth inning with a walk-off home run for the Naturals, who seem to be mimicking their parent club’s method of victory after their second straight win in their last at bat. Jeff Bianchi homered and tripled in a 2-for-4 effort, while starter Will Smith surrendered just two runs (one earned) in 4.1 innings of work. The Naturals (2-1) on Sunday open a three-game home series against Corpus Christi (1-2), with Heath Rollins scheduled to get his first start of the season.

Low-A: Wisconsin 4, Kane County 3
L: Leondy Perez (0-1, 0.00)
HR: None
Quick Hit: Leondy Perez was the hard-luck loser after a sensational 2011 debut. The Cougars rallied for two runs in the ninth, but they couldn’t finish the job. Alex Llanos registered his second straight multi-hit game, while Murray Watts turned in his first. The Cougars (1-2) will go for the four-game split with Wisconsin (2-1) on Sunday, with Keaton Hayenga scheduled to make his 2011 debut.
Other Notes: There are no updates about Brett Eibner’s injured thumb, but outfield prospect Lane Adams is reportedly heading to Illinois to join the Cougars. Adams could feasibly take the 2010 second rounder’s place on the roster if Eibner is placed on the disabled list.
