Triple-A: Omaha vs. Nashville – Postponed
Comment: The Omaha Storm Chasers’ grand opening of Werner Park was postponed by foul weather in the Omaha region. The game will be made up in a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon.
Next Game: Omaha (2-6) will try again to open their new park on Saturday evening against the Nashville Sounds (5-3). Danny Duffy (0-0, 3.60) is slated to start for the Storm Chasers.

Comment: Down 4-1 entering the bottom of the seventh, Wilmington plated four runs to stage a late comeback win, highlighted by a game-tying home run by shortstop Alex McClure. Tyler Sample earned his first High-A victory with three hitless shutout innings in relief of piggyback partner Justin Marks.
Other Notes: Rey Navarro went 4-for-5, raising his batting average to an incredible .533 (16-for-30). He leads the Carolina League in hits, batting average, runs scored, and triples…Nick Francis recorded his fifth outfield assist of the season.
Next Game: The Blue Rocks (5-2) meet up again with the Nationals (2-4) on Saturday night, with top right-handed prospect Jake Odorizzi (0-0, 2.25) scheduled to take the mound for Wilmington.
