AAA Toledo Mud Hens
32-45, 4th in West Division
Toledo went into extra innings in Saturday's game against Pawtucket before the Mud Hens gave up three runs in the tenth inning, falling to the Red Sox 5-4. Starting pitcher Robbie Weinhardt earned the no decision after allowing one earned run on six hits over five innings. Brayan Villarreal fell to 2-1 on the season after earning the loss in relief. Danny Dorn continues to be on a tear at the plate for Toledo, knocking his fourteenth home run of the season on a 1-for-4 night at the plate in which he also drove in two runs.
AA Erie Seawolves
38-34, 2nd in Western Division
Erie gave up four runs in the ninth inning of Saturday's game against Binghamton before the Mets scored a walkoff run in the bottom of the tenth inning, topping the SeaWolves 6-5. Starting pitcher Jon Link earned the no decision in a strong start, allowing just one earned run on five hits over eight innings. Ryan Robowski fell to 0-2 on the season after giving up Binghamton's game-winning run. Wade Gaynor had a huge night at the plate for Erie, going 2-for-4 with a home run and four runs driven in in the loss.
High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers
31-39, 3rd in North Division
Lakeland put up seven runs in the third inning of Saturday's game against Clearwater in a big night for both teams offensively as the Flying Tigers topped the Threshers 13-11. Starting pitcher Kyle Ryan earned a no decision after allowing four earned runs on six hits over five innings on the mound. Slade Smith improved his record to 2-0 after earning the win in relief while Jose Valdez earned his first save since being promoted. Steven Moya led the way offensively for the Flying Tigers, going 2-for-4 with two home runs and four runs driven in in the win. Chad Wright drove in two runs and drew three walks for the Flying Tigers.
Low-A West Michigan Whitecaps
34-39, 5th in Eastern Division
West Michigan held Great Lakes to a 1-1 tie through eight innings of Saturday's game before giving up the game-winning run in the ninth inning as the Whitecaps fell to the Loons 2-1. Starting pitcher Jake Thompson earned a no decision in a solid start, allowing one earned run on three hits over six innings while striking out 10. Josh Turley fell to 5-3 on the season after earning the loss in relief. Bennett Pickar drove in the lone run for the ‘Caps on a 2-for-4 night in which he also hit two doubles.
A Short-Season Connecticut
1-4, 4th in Stedler Division
Connecticut put up eight runs in the seventh inning of Saturday's game against Vermont and needed nothing else offensively as the Tigers topped the Lake Monsters 8-4 to earn their first win of the season. Alex Phillips pitched a shutout but earned a no decision in his start, giving up two hits over five innings. Zac Reininger earned his first win of the season in relief. Duncan McAlpine led the way at the plate for Connecticut, going 1-for-4 while hitting his first home run of the season and driving in three runs in the win.

The DSL Tigers did not play on Saturday.
R GCL Tigers
2-0, 1st in Gulf Coast League
The GCL Tigers relied on late clutch hitting in Saturday's game against the Yankees, scoring four runs in the final two innings on their way to a 5-2 win. Starting pitcher Fernando Perez improved his record to 1-0 with the win after shutting out the Yankees on two hits over five innings. Ricardo Ciriaco earned his second save of the season. Franklin Navarro gave the Tigers a boost offensively, going 1-for-3 with two runs driven in and a run scored in the win.
R VSL Tigers
14-19, 4th in Venezuelan Summer League
The VSL Tigers put up three runs in the fourth inning of Saturday's game against the Mariners but could do little else offensively, falling in a 6-3 final. Starting pitcher Jose Rodriguez earned a no decision after allowing two earned runs on two hits over five innings. Reinaldo Robles fell to 0-1 on the season after earning the loss in relief. Adrian Alfaro gave the Tigers a much-needed boost at the plate, driving in two runs on a 1-for-4 night.
