The O-Royals took the third game of their series, defeating the River Cats 3-2 Monday night. Ed Lucas went 2-for-4 with a double, while David Lough and Scott Thorman also had multi-hit games. On the mound, Matt Herges threw five innings and allowed one run on one hit while striking out five before being lifted for Gaby Hernandez, who tossed two shutout innings. Tim Collins followed Hernandez and gave up one run on one hit while fanning three batters over 1.1 innings. Josh Rupe recorded the final two outs.
Omaha continues its road trip Tuesday when the club faces off against the Fresno Grizzlies.
AA: Midland 7, NW Arkansas 6
L: Brandon Sisk (4-6, 4.91)
HR: Johnny Giavotella (6)
The Naturals' bullpen blew a five run lead, and the Naturals lost 7-6 to the RockHounds. Everett Teaford threw seven strong innings, allowing one run on five hits while punching out seven batters. Barry Bowden relieved him and gave up two runs while only recording one out. Henry Barrera closed out the seventh and gave up three more runs, and Brandon Sisk surrendered the decisive run in the bottom of the ninth. On offense, Johnny Giavotella 3-for-5 with a home run, and Paulo Orlando had two hits. Eric Hosmer also cracked a triple, finishing 1-for-5.
NW Arkansas has Tuesday off before returning home to face the Frisco RoughRiders.

W: Harold Mozingo (5-2, 4.22)
HR: Rey Navarro (5)
The Blue Rocks scored the four runs in top of the eleventh, coming back to beat the Keys, 8-4. Christian Colon connected on three hits, and Nick Francis went 2-for-3 with a double. Adrian Ortiz and Salvador Perez roped doubles, while Rey Navarro went yard for the fifth time this season. Bryan Paukovits tossed six innings, allowing four runs on six hits. Harold Mozingo and Ryan Dennick closed out the game with five scoreless innings.
Wilmington plays the second game of its series Tuesday night.
Low-A: Quad Cities 9, Burlington 2
L: Elisaul Pimentel (9-6, 4.20)
HR: Whit Merrifield (3)
Elisaul Pimentel allowed seven runs on six hits and five walks in five innings as the Bees lost to the River Bandits, 9-2. Matt Morizio followed the right-hander with 2.2 shutout innings before Ryan Wood took over and gave up two runs over the final 1.1 innings. At the plate, Whit Merrifield smoked a home run, and Felix Crux collected the other hit for the Bees.
Burlington has Tuesday off before hitting the road against the Peoria Chiefs.

L: Allen Caldwell (0-1, 9.00)
HR: Travis Jones (3)
The Chukars lost their fourth game in a row, falling 7-6 to the Osprey. Scott Alexander allowed five runs six innings before being replaced Allen Caldwell, who gave up two runs on two hits. Alex Rivers struck out the side in his one inning of relief. On offense, Travis Jones went 2-for-4 with a dinger, while Correy Figueroa, Thomas Zebroski, and Juan Polonia each collected two hits.
Idaho Falls continues its series against Missoula Tuesday night.

W: Jonathon Keck (2-2, 3.93)
HR: Anthony Howard (2)
The Burlington Royals won their second game against the Danville Braves, holding on to win, 6-3. Michael Liberto went 2-for-5 with a triple, while Anthony Howard went yard for the second time of the season. Ryan Stovall, Gave MacDougall, and Ryan Jenkins each had multi-hit games. Jonathon Keck allowed three runs on seven hits over 5.2 innings before Mike Giovenco finished the game with 3.1 scoreless innings.
Burlington finishes its series against Danville Tuesday.
